"Section of a building which residents of Tower Hill compound in St. Andrew told the Daily News had been built for use as a poor relief office. Windows, doors, electrical and bathroom fixtures are missing and the fence around the premises has also been torn down. Reports said the building was now being used mainly for illegal gambling purposes."
