"Leonard McIntosh (second from left) winner of the Germain School of Photography Scholarship, presented with flight tickets donated by Air Jamaica, public relations officer, John Scott at the airline's Harbour Street office, on Monday. The Germain Scholarship is the first of its kind to be awarded in Jamaica. Following upon this, is the establishment of a school in Jamaica, having as Director, Mr. Neville Hylton. Mr. McIntosh will leave for the Germaine School in New York, on Wednesday, to pursue a one year course. Others (from left) are Neville Hylton, Brian Motta, Chairman of the Festival Photography Committee, and Vincent Lyn, Senior Festival Officer, Sponsorship and Awards."
