Visitors to the recent UWI/CARICOM Exhibition held at the UWI were treated to samples of breadfruit gingerbread, breadfruit chips and a breadfruit beverage, in an attempt to encourage the use of local foods. The exhibition highlighted links between work being done to promote regional development."
