"Portland community workshop dancers: A troupe of over-twelve girls formerly the Titchfield School Dancers and Port Antonio Cultural dancers., The dancers have been operating since last year December under instructor Maurice Edwards. Their most recent performance was in August at the Trident Villa Hotel. Using free0style techniques, they have been creating dances of their own. The efforts of these dancers have not gone unnoticed; recently one of their dances Yvette Banton was a representative int he 11th World Festival of Youth and Students in Havana, Cuba. The dancers are now instructed by Flewette Edwards."
